Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your registration, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the director as follows:

Two or more weeks prior to the 1st class: Full refund, minus one-time $10.00 registration fee for new families.

Less than 2 weeks, prior to the 1st class held: Tuition, minus $10.00 cancellation fee and $10.00 registration fee for first-time families.

After the 1st class held and prior to the 2nd class held:  Tuition, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, $10.00 class fee per child and $10.00 registration fee for new families.

After the 2nd class held:  No refunds are given

 

*If original payment was made by credit card, paypal fees may not be refunded

 

**NOTE:  in case of cancellation, all Music Together® materials must be returned in mint condition (e.g. CDs unopened in original plastic shrink wrap) or you will be charged an additional $39.00.
